We had a really great experience at Autotown recently when we bought a used car for our 16yo new driver. The whole process was smooth and the staff went above and beyond what was expected. It was probably one of the most seamless car buying experiences we've ever had.

I purchased a BMW from them about 4 months ago. Was very happy with the service, treated me very well. The car was still spitting out smoke from the exhaust about 3 months later and had and awful sound coming from the turbo. They were very understanding and had there guy look at it. They changed the oil line to the turbo. Which was causing the smoke. And also said that the turbo was working just didn't sound right so they change it too. Very friendly and stand up guys. Would definitely recommend anyone to buy from them. 5 stars!

Past experiences with used car dealships have left me feeling scammed or pushed around. That is not the case at Autotown. My experience here was amazing!The salesman respected my budget and only showed me cars I could afford. The financing options are incredible -- they use U of I Credit Union and were able to get me an interest rate that was just half of what I was looking at anywhere else! The cars seemed fairly priced and I feel like I got a great deal on the one I left with. The employees also bring their dogs to work with them, which kept my kiddo occupied so I could focus on the many factors of car buying. They even filled the gas tank before I took it home!The only point that I feel like could be improved upon is the car detailing services. The car was definitely cleaner after detailing than it was when I test drove (most of their vehicles are detailed before this point, this was a special case), but there were still some spots that didnt feel very clean and there were crumbs/dust that could have been vacuumed. This could also be a fluke because they had very little notice and had to squeeze the detail into the schedule before I took it home the next day.Overall, I would recommend Autotown 100% and plan to go to them again the next time I'm in the market for a car!

bought my first car on my own from here. Maloy was extreeeemely helpful, got me an amazing deal and a super manageable monthly rate, they kept me in the loop about everything. never seen a car get delivered so fast! in love with my car! thank you Maloy and Autotown!!

If I could write a book on on how great Autotown is I would. I've been buying cars from Autotown for about 17 years now and I can say they are the best car lot in town. Ben has been one of the most honest and helpful people that I've ever known not just in car buying but life. I appreciate these guys and will always send anyone I know to them for cars. Thank you!

Recently purchased my second car from Autotown and they are hands down the best group of people I’ve ever purchased a car through. After a recent bad experience at a branded dealer, I vowed that I was done purchasing from big dealers. They just don’t care about you; all they want is the sale, and it’s completely the opposite at Autotown. Malloy is fantastic, very easy to work with, and the whole group comes across as genuine, nice folks instead of slimy car salesmen. The car is great, it was well cleaned and filled up with gas. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Highly highly highly recommend this place!

Drove from out of town to test drive & ultimately buy a 2018 rav4 se. They had it ready, detailed,& gassed up for us when we got there. We had zero sales pressure. Once we made the decision to buy they were incredibly organized & efficient to get us out the door. Very friendly, family like atmosphere & the pups are a cute bonus. Maloy was a pleasure to work with & we would 100% recommend friends & family to go see him for their next purchase.

Maloy, the Autotown staff, and Bruce were awesome. This was my first car-buying experience, and they took the time to guide me through every step, work with me, and ultimately get me into my car without any pressure.I highly recommend them and will absolutely come back if I ever need another vehicle.

Maloy was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with no hype and no BS. He made sure I got the information I wanted and the assistance I needed.Buying a car at Autotown was a pleasant, no-hassle experience from start to finish. It was well worth traveling 100 miles to get the car I wanted at a fair price.
