I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto town and while I don't usually write reviews I felt compelled to do so now about this dealership. From the first meeting with Malloy I felt completely comfortable and acknowledged .Not what I've experienced at other dealerships as a women walking in to purchase a car. He was professional and informative I didn't feel pressured . There wasn't the usual "Let me check with my manager" routine on my trade in or the usual song and dance I have endured before. But it wasn't just Malloy I found all the staff equally helpful, competent, and professional. Ben and Kevin were also part of the reason I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership. And of course I also got a great deal on the car that I got!!

Mr Maloy and his associate did a great job in selling me a Red 2013 Cadillac XTS. The vehicle had high miles and a couple issues, but overall a great vehicle for the price. I traveled to Champaign IL from Chicago to pick up this vehicle, and Mr. Malloy held it for me for 2 dayz.. Awesome job guys.. 👍🏽😎

Purchased this 2015 Dodge Challenger from Maloy at Autotown this weekend. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a car salesman. Top notch customer service. Maloy even created a personalized video of the car and a full view of any imperfections and to give me piece of mind since I lived 4.5 hours away. He even ensured that I would be able to hear the exhaust as this was a big selling point. Maloy made the purchase painless and even gave me a courtesy call the day after purchase to ensure that I was completely satisfied. You will not go wrong purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Highly recommended. Even considering making another 4.5 hour drive when my wife's vehicle is ready for trade. 5 STARS!!!

I can't say enough about this dealer. My daughter needed a new(used) car quickly - she's a senior at U of I and the plan was for her to purchase after she graduated this spring, but major issues with her current car changed our plans, and we needed to get a reliable, safe vehicle within a day because she works full time. We looked online and found a fantastic Ford Edge here, with low miles, a great price, and a clean Carfax. I live 2 hours away and with this being my daughter's first "big girl purchase" with financing, I really wanted to be there with her, but needed a day to rearrange things at my job. So I called this dealer....they are AMAZING. They not only held this truck for us for 36 hours until I could get down there to meet with her, they did all the prep work for the financing remotely with us via email and phone calls. Ben went above and beyond what any dealer I've ever dealt with has done! He obtained her financing thru the U of I Credit Union, called me with the exact numbers with her down payment, loan terms, and monthly payments (no playing games like every other dealer I've ever dealt with does - this was all up front and no hidden anything), and had all the paperwork ready when we walked in the door the next day (bonus that he has the most ADORABLE dog ever who greeted us at the door!!). He explained to my daughter what each paper she signed was about, "teaching" her about financing a car. Between the test drive and paperwork, we were in and out within an hour. I can't overstate how incredibly impressed we are with this business and especially Ben! Thank you for everything!!! Edited 9/9/24 - the entire trans went out on this truck in the middle of May. It took 2 months to get it fixed at a certified Ford dealer, because the warranty we were sold was a horrible company and didn't want to pay. The Ford computers determined that the trans issue had been there all along; they were able to dig up the history of it going to another Ford dealer and being diagnosed, at which time the prior owner got rid of it. Very disappointed that a business I thought was honest, selling my daughter a reliable, safe vehicle, ended up selling her a defective vehicle that was noted to be so. Not cool.

One of the best Auto Dealers in Champaign. As a recent buyer/current loaner they have taken care of me every time my car needs something done. And been very fair with their pricing. Mike, Ben, and the guys are very quick to respond and help you when you need it.

Auto Town is a awesome car dealership, if you see a car in the lot that you are looking for i highly recommend going in and talking to them about it. I recently bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500, very clean truck all the way around. As i looked more into the truck we found a minor issue with the brakes. I decided to buy the truck anyways and they told me they would work with me to get the brakes fixed. Not even 2 weeks later my truck was in the shop and fixed in no time at no cost. I truly appreciate everyone at Auto Town! Highly recommend checking into the Cars on their lot!

Was in an accident in October I went to several lots, before Auto Town I liked their selection. I found a Kia Sorento for a good price, did a test drive, and bought it I had a couple problems, brought it back a week in. Super nice, and helped remedy the problem quickly. A month in however the battery was acting strange. Not holding a charge, car would die and need jumping. I was skeptical about any help as it was a month in. You always hear about used car sales being a negative.. Not here Brought it to their attention, they contacted me immediately. I brought it in, had it back next day. So if you're looking for a used car, and you want to know whatever you choose, is a good deal from a company that stands by it, Autotown should be on your list.

very honest and friendly dealership. extremely helpful. they gave me a loaner car while the car I had recently bought from them was in the shop. Then, when I had hit a deer on the interstate with the loaner, they helped me through the paperwork and process late at night. Phenomenal service.
